Context

CleverCogs is Blackwood Homes and Care's (Scotland) Technology Enabled Care system: a personalised touch-screen home hub covering care, safety, housing, home automation, information, digital inclusion and health/wellbeing, following a 2015-2016 pilot.

Results

Nearly 100 devices have been installed in customers' homes and care homes across Scotland, against a baseline digital-inclusion rate among tenants of approximately 30-40%.

Conclusions

Following a successful pilot evaluation, the project was rolled out more broadly.
