Context

Digital NL is a North Lanarkshire-wide initiative addressing digital inclusion through a co-ordinated partnership between New College Lanarkshire and North Lanarkshire Council, aiming for every individual, family and community in the area to have access to and confidence in using digital technology.

Activities

Provides access to digital equipment (15 iPads, 5 Androids and cases, screen protectors, portable chargers, Bluetooth keyboards), certificated and non-certificated training, and staff support. Courses include 'Computing for Work' (email set-up, CV writing), 'Digital Gang' and 'Senior Computing' for older learners, delivered free at different community centres.
