InspiringFifty is a global initiative dedicated to increasing diversity within the technology and STEM sectors, aiming to foster a more inclusive and diverse future by identifying, celebrating and amplifying the achievements of women who excel in STEM fields. In Italy, the initiative has run twice, in 2018 and 2021.
Objectives
By showcasing visible role models, InspiringFifty aims to break down barriers and challenge stereotypes that have limited women's participation in technology leadership, inspiring the next generation of tech leaders and encouraging women to pursue STEM careers and leadership roles.
Activities
Each edition identifies and publicly celebrates fifty women in STEM, combining this recognition with networking, mentorship and leadership-development opportunities to encourage women to pursue and advance in STEM careers.
