This guide urges the Public Administrations to promote the equal presence in conferences and congresses, forums, debates and round tables, seminars, workshops, fairs and awards ceremonies, before the lack of visibility of women in the sector. Specifically: "This guide contains a compilation of the most influential women within the entrepreneurial ecosystem and makes visible many profiles that until now were not known in all scopes. The guide will be a living document, because it aspires to be published every year, expanding the number of referents and welcoming new voices."
In resume, it makes the figure of the female entrepreneur more visible, makes known to that there is the recognition that they have earned, and promote a sector that needs all the possible talent on equal terms. For this, they produced a guide in which the most relevant women entrepreneurs in the country are presented, telling their story. This is very important beacause the government promote this type of initiative is a good practice since they have greater visibility and can reach more people and more administrations, improving the political, the social and in consecuence, the economical power of women.

Why it's a good practice: This initiative should be consideres a good practise because the biggest problem we have in terms of gender is the invisibility of work and the value of women. That a government promote this type of initiative is a good practice since they have greater visibility and can reach more people and more administrations, improving the political, the social and in consecuence, the economical power of women.
