Context
Portugal's National Strategy for Equality and Non-Discrimination 2018-2030 ('Portugal + Igual') sets out government guidelines and measures to be pursued through 2030 across equality between women and men, gender equality in leadership and decision-making, and non-discrimination based on sexual orientation, gender identity and sexual characteristics. It is led by the Comissao para a Cidadania e a Igualdade de Genero (CIG).
