Description

On 21 August 2025, at the ServiceNow São Paulo Summit, ServiceNow and SENAI-SP — a network that trains around one million learners a year and is billed as Latin America's largest technical-education institution — launched a statewide training and certification program in AI, digital workflow automation and low-code development. Delivered in Portuguese with hands-on labs and case studies, the program targets youth apprentices, jobseekers and career-switchers across the state of São Paulo.
By August 2026, ServiceNow reported the partnership had reached more than 1,500 participants: 719 had completed the program, 808 were still enrolled, and 126 had earned the vendor's Certified System Administrator (CSA) credential. ServiceNow used the same announcement to open its first Brazil office and extend the model through two further partnerships — Porto Digital in Recife, offering 600 training seats for 2026, and technology-focused university Inteli — as part of ServiceNow University's global goal of upskilling 3 million people by 2027.
The participation and certification counts come from ServiceNow and SENAI-SP's own announcements, not from an independent evaluator, and no published data yet breaks down outcomes by gender, income, region, or post-certification employment. No AI-ethics, data-protection or algorithmic-transparency component is described for the training itself.
