Contexto

Promova is a one-year Portuguese programme, sponsored by seven major companies (Randstad, ANA Aeroportos, EDP, Gilead, Sogrape and Sonae), aiming to increase women's presence in senior management positions in Portuguese business.

Objetivos

Identify and develop female talent with leadership potential for promotion to senior management; strengthen participants' knowledge, tools and skills; build cross-organisational networks; support individual career-advancement plans; raise awareness among companies and society of gender balance in top management.

Atividades

A one-year sequence of learning moments and methodologies combining upskilling with relationship-building across organisations and cultures.

Resultados

Across 4 editions, the programme involved 129 participants from 72 companies, with 49% of participants promoted.
