What works in Malta

Malta has implemented several digital inclusion and safer internet initiatives. Women4IT aims to increase vulnerable girls and young women's participation in digital employment, targeting to assist 1,000 young women, while StarKids provides ICT skills training to children at risk of poverty or social exclusion. Additionally, servizz.gov's AI Chatbot served approximately 40,000 users in its first eight months, with most queries occurring after office hours, indicating strong demand for after-hours digital public services.
