Context

In May 2026, Taiwan's Ministry of Education launched the AI Talents Ark Project (2026-2029), a NT$11.755 billion (roughly US$372.5 million) four-year investment moving schools from general digital learning toward AI-integrated teaching, budgeted at about NT$2.9 billion per year.

Objectives
