Context

AIPFE Cyprus – Women of Europe runs a Mentoring Program, in partnership with OPP, connecting the next generation of female leaders with successful leaders and decision-makers. It is free of charge and open to women aged 18+ in any career stage, provided they are AIPFE members.

Objectives

To equip mentees with advice, feedback, and industry know-how covering early career stage, career development, work-life balance, career change, and entrepreneurship, building their skills, confidence, and professional connections.

Activities

Mentees are paired with mentors for a 3-month mentoring partnership based on mutual trust, respect, and shared goals. The program had its first edition in 2022 and a second edition in 2024.
