Context

Colombia's Ministry of Information and Communications Technology (MinTIC), through its CiberPaz digital-citizenship programme, partnered with the Universidad de Pamplona to launch CiberPaz Formaciones 2025, a free national training drive on safe, responsible and ethical use of the internet and AI, launched 22 August 2025 at the university's Villa del Rosario campus.
