PT17Digital Skills Passport is a digital-inclusion and digital-literacy programme run by Lisbon City Council, delivered through Lisbon's 19 public libraries and the parish councils of Alvalade, Avenidas and Ajuda, targeting the unemployed, elderly, and people with low education or income, and linked to Lisbon University's LIDIA project and the Aberta University OBLID Network.
The programme runs 15-hour workshops (5 sessions each) covering ten digital skills, using gamified 'Digital Challenges' (missions, quests, badges, role-play) based on Connected Learning and non-formal education principles; completion earns a shareable 'Digital Skills Passport' credential usable on social networks or in a CV.
