A communication published in The Lancet describes a pragmatic trial planned for 2026 to evaluate DoctorSV's effect on diagnostic accuracy and patient satisfaction — meaning the government's headline impact claims were made before that evaluation had produced results. Independent reporting by Global Voices, IPS and Bloomberg Línea found no public data on outcomes, and no disclosure of the contracts under which private laboratories and pharmacies fill the prescriptions and lab orders DoctorSV generates.
