This Council of Europe factsheet reports standardised gender-equality indicators (leadership, coaching, participation, gender-based violence, media, policy) collected across Croatia's sport federations under the EU/Council of Europe 'ALL IN: Towards gender balance in sport' project, covering 18 countries.

Results

89% of the 35 Croatian sport federations have a male president (only 4, or 11%, have a female president); female registered coaches are 22% of the total (13% at elite level); only 11% of federations have a written gender-equality policy.
