Context
Funding Leadership Opportunities for Women (FLOW) was a grant instrument of the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs (2016-2020) supporting civil-society organisations to advance women's rights, political leadership, economic participation and the prevention of violence against women and girls, with a strong advocacy focus across local, national and global levels.
