Context

Include-IT Mersey (ESF and National Lottery funded) provides personalised digital-skills and employment support to digitally excluded, unemployed or economically inactive residents of the Liverpool City Region, using 150 volunteer Digital Champions for localised community engagement.

Results

Learner satisfaction was high: 95% overall satisfaction, 99% found the training easy to follow, and around 90% rated the tutor as excellent, against a context where 29% of local employers reported staff lacking basic IT skills.
