Context

An EU IPA cross-border programme equipped 8 libraries in Serbia and Croatia with ICT equipment and trained 24 librarians (ECDL-certified) to support marginalised groups — unemployed youth, people with disabilities and seniors — in computer, internet and job-search skills.

Results

Around 300 citizens were directly trained across both countries: 128 unemployed youth completed office e-skills and job-search courses, 91 persons with disabilities and 126 seniors acquired basic e-skills.
