Context

Saregune is a free digital-literacy and technology-support space in Vitoria-Gasteiz's old town, a neighbourhood with high immigrant population share and economic difficulty, using only free/open-source software to break digital, cultural and neighbourhood barriers.

Results

Over 7 years the programme delivered 599 courses, reaching more than 4,600 people; since 2004, 286 people completed its main training track and 68% went on to a subsequent recruitment period.
