Context

MonacoTech launched in November 2017 as a joint venture between the Monegasque government, Monaco Telecom and entrepreneur Xavier Niel, to build a domestic tech sector from near-zero.

Activities

As of early 2025, MonacoTech reported supporting more than 50 start-ups since 2017, with 21 in residence, together credited with creating 120 jobs, roughly half based in Monaco itself.

Conclusions
