Context

This position paper by Malta's Consultative Council for Women's Rights (CCWR) sets out how COVID-19 affected women differently from men in Malta, worsening pre-existing economic and social vulnerabilities as women continued paid work alongside increased childcare and household responsibilities under pandemic restrictions.
