SEEWBAN was an EU-funded project to increase the number of women business angels in Europe, with a focus on South East Europe, and to facilitate business-angel funding of women entrepreneurs, through a consortium of partner organisations from seven EU member states.
It combined research on best practices of successful women business angels, a study of obstacles and success factors in South East Europe, skills trainings for women business angels and entrepreneurs, and an e-platform for cross-border networking.
