India's largest startup hub, established 2015 by Telangana government and three premier universities. The 572,000 sq ft T-Hub 2.0 campus hosts 1,000+ simultaneous startups; portfolio of 4,100+ ventures has raised US$2B+ and created 25,000+ jobs.
T-Hub was established on 5 November 2015 as a joint public-private initiative between the Government of Telangana and three academic institutions — IIIT-Hyderabad, the Indian School of Business (ISB) and NALSAR — integrating technology, business strategy and legal expertise from inception.
To provide the world's largest purpose-built startup incubation facility by floor space and support startups from incubation through funding and international market access.
The current T-Hub 2.0 facility, inaugurated 28-29 June 2022, spans 572,000 sq ft on an 18-acre campus inside IIIT-H at Gachibowli, Hyderabad, and accommodates over 1,000 startups simultaneously. T-Works, India's largest prototyping centre, is co-located within the campus. T-Hub maintains 180+ corporate partnerships and 70+ international delegation engagements, including formal programmes with Japan's JETRO and the UK government.
By early 2026, T-Hub had supported over 4,100 startups cumulatively, facilitated more than US$2 billion in startup funding, and contributed to the creation of over 25,000 jobs. Notable alumni include Zenoti (India's first vertical SaaS unicorn, US$1.5 billion valuation) and MyGate (US$67 million total funding).
Most aggregate impact figures originate from T-Hub's own reports, with limited independent third-party attribution analysis, and the hub's scale depends heavily on continued political and financial support from the Telangana state government. Its co-location model with three specific institutions may constrain direct replication in cities without comparable academic endowments.
