Context

Launched on 5 February 2026 in San Juan City by President Ferdinand Marcos Jr., Skills Passport is TESDA's all-in-one mobile app for storing technical-vocational credentials and accessing scholarships, training pathways and job opportunities.

Activities

Blockchain secures National Certificates against fraud; an AI chatbot named Prof K answers user queries; and Bossjob's AI recruitment engine matches certified graduates to real-time job openings across eight priority sectors, while supplying TESDA with aggregated labour-market information.
