Context

In July-August 2020, UNESCO partnered with nonprofit Technovation to launch the 'Idea Lab', a free, self-paced, five-week online AI education pilot delivered simultaneously in six countries. In Pakistan, 466 girls aged 10-18 enrolled with support from local partner Pakistan Science Club, delivered through Google Classroom with weekly mentor-led sessions teaching AI fundamentals and model-building applied to a self-chosen Sustainable Development Goal.
