Context

The Estonian 'Everything is Possible' programme supports female entrepreneurs to grow their businesses, moving from business start-up strategies (2018–19) to business growth (2019–20), responding to the gap in targeted support for Estonian women — only a third of entrepreneurs — who mostly run small, locally-focused businesses.

Results

Six inspirational growth workshops ran in five Estonian cities; 20 mentor-coached success teams gathered 100 female members, more than 80 young women joined an Entrepreneurship Week business-growth seminar, and over 100 participants attended the 'Chasing Unicorns' startup film premiere with founder stories.
