Objectives
The initiative aims to increase the visibility of women in science, empower women and girls through stories of success and perseverance, promote a more inclusive scientific landscape, and inspire young girls to pursue scientific careers.
Activities
The series has released three editions since 2022, each featuring six videos plus a trailer profiling women from different institutions, disciplines and career stages — from PhD candidates and lab specialists to science communicators and professors — covering both their professional achievements and personal journeys.
Results
The first edition alone garnered over 550,000 viewers and received widespread positive feedback on social media.
