Context

Programme for education and training of women living in the rural provinces of Spain, aiming to improve employability (self-employed and employed) and rooted in equality between men and women.

Objectives

Improve employability conditions of rural women; provide pre-training and strengthen transversal skills plus information on the labour market, employment services and training systems; promote training for employment and accreditation of skills; provide specialised training in the creation and management of micro-enterprises.
