Context

Women in/to Leadership (WIL) is a Deloitte Luxembourg initiative that aims to build a growing network of professionals committed to attracting and retaining female talent and promoting women into leadership positions, linked to the ProPEGE economic-power domain.

Objectives

WIL organises its work around three aims: Inspiring — bringing men and women together to share experiences and models that help women navigate career and personal challenges; Connecting — giving women across grades and service lines the chance to build internal and external networks and learn from experts; and Empowering — helping women build confidence in their skills and access mentors and tools to step into leadership roles.

Activities

The initiative runs a mentorship programme, workshops, videos and podcasts, training sessions, International Women's Day events, and networking events.
