Contexto
Inspiring Girls, created in 2017, connects school-age girls with professional women volunteers who serve as role models to widen girls' career ambitions, particularly in STEM. Its leadership programme for girls aged 14-19 covers emotional intelligence, leadership, communication and financial independence.
Resultados
The initiative reports having reached more than 2,000 schools, 38,000 young girl students and worked with more than 7,000 women volunteers since 2017.
