Contexto

This fifth report by ATREVIA, in collaboration with IESE Business School, monitors and analyses the presence of women on the boards of directors of Spain's 35 IBEX-listed companies. It compiles quantitative data on board composition over time to track how female representation on Spanish corporate boards has evolved.

Objetivos

The report aims to document the current situation of women in senior board positions at IBEX-35 companies, analyse how this has changed over time using quantitative data, and identify areas for further improvement.
