What works in Bulgaria

The Bulgarian Center for Gender Studies, established in 1998, operates as a leading advocate for gender equality through research, legislative reform, and capacity building. Bulgaria is also perceived among leading EU countries on gender egalitarianism in business practices, according to a survey-based study of Bulgarian managers.
