Context

ReachIT, delivered by the Workers' Educational Association (WEA) with the Lancashire Wide Association of Councils for Voluntary Service and over 30 local delivery partners, provides personalised digital-skills training across Lancashire, funded by the European Social Fund and the Big Lottery Fund, aimed at improving employability, health and wellbeing for socially excluded residents.
