Cambridge Innovation Center's first Central-Eastern European campus (Varso Place, EU's tallest building, 2020): 6,500 m², 175+ companies, 1,000 people daily, 14,500+ Venture Café participants in 2024, and a SoftLanding Hub for foreign entrepreneurs entering the Polish market.
CIC Warsaw opened in June 2020 at Varso Place, Warsaw — a Class-A tower standing as the tallest building in the European Union. It is the Cambridge Innovation Center (CIC)'s first campus in Central-Eastern Europe, replicating a model proven in Boston, Cambridge (UK), Rotterdam and Tokyo.
The campus spans 6,500 m², with roughly 50% allocated to shared amenities: 22 conference rooms, three innovation labs, wellness areas, a prayer room, games facilities and 3D printers. It hosts 175+ member companies with approximately 1,000 people onsite daily. In 2024, CIC Warsaw curated 100+ events; its embedded Venture Café Warsaw Foundation ran 50+ Thursday Gatherings with 14,500+ participants and delivered 525+ educational and networking sessions.
A dedicated SoftLanding Hub provides legal, administrative and market-access support for foreign entrepreneurs entering the Polish and EU markets, directly serving talent attraction. CIC Warsaw also hosts the investors community and the Endeavor Poland chapter, which selected Warsaw for its 2025 International Selection Panel.
Portfolio outcomes in 2024–25 include CampusAI raising $10 M and expanding globally, and GPT4Funds helping SMEs secure 11 million PLN in EU grants. Warsaw's broader startup ecosystem grew 14.3% year-on-year (StartupBlink 2025) and attracted $500 M in venture capital in 2024, with CIC Warsaw cited as a key concentration point.
