Context

Part of the EU Digital Skills and Jobs Coalition, CBT Academy piloted a 'just-in-time digital skills' methodology recruiting, training and employing candidates as tech developers — targeting vocational graduates, the unemployed, career-blocked individuals and refugees — across three pilots in 2017-2018.

Results

The three pilots together produced 6,452 recruitment-training-employment outcomes across 28 countries.
