Greece's 'Digital Tools for SMEs B' matched 64,300 small firms and sole traders with €630–1,600 digital vouchers, expanding its Recovery-Fund budget from €42m to €46m after demand exceeded the original allocation.
EL30Digital Tools for SMEs (Phase B) is the second cycle of Greece's national voucher scheme for small and medium enterprises, sole proprietorships, notaries and judicial trustees, financed through the EU's Recovery and Resilience Facility under the 'Digital Transformation of SMEs' action.
Firms apply through a dedicated online platform and, once approved, redeem a voucher directly against listed suppliers of digital hardware, software and services, including workforce-management, sales and customer-support applications, tablets, laptops, desktop computers and teleconferencing systems.
The Ministry of Digital Governance and the Ministry of National Economy and Finance jointly published the provisional beneficiary list in March 2025, confirming 64,300 approved businesses with vouchers worth €630 to €1,600 depending on beneficiary category.
Demand outstripped the original €42 million allocation, prompting ministers to add €4 million, bringing the cycle's total budget to €46 million; the published figures measure disbursement and reach rather than downstream productivity or revenue effects on participating firms, and no independent evaluation of the scheme's effect on digital adoption, sales or survival rates was located.
