Enterprise Incubator Foundation (EIF) — Armenia's Pioneer ICT Incubator

The only genuinely independent verification found is the World Bank's early 'satisfactory' rating and the 2019 staffing/budget figures, which speak to EIF's early-to-mid operating history rather than its current scale.
