Female Factor is a global community, started in 2019, supporting a new generation of female leaders through mentoring, networking, and career programmes intended to help women be included in decision-making processes.

Activities

In 2020 the community began connections with companies such as Google, BCG, Mondi, and Bank Austria. In 2021 it launched what it describes as Europe's first job platform matching female talent with inclusive companies. Its career programme comprises 12 modules focused on personal growth, career training, and upskilling.

Results

The community reports having reached more than 6,500 women from 75 countries through its career programmes, events, and training since its 2019 launch.
