Austria's Act on Equality between Women and Men in Supervisory Boards (GFMA-G), adopted June 2017 and in force since 1 January 2018, requires supervisory boards of publicly traded companies and companies with over 1,000 employees to be at least 30% women and 30% men, voiding non-compliant appointments.
