Context

In April 2026, Andorra's Minister of Public Function and Digital Transformation, Marc Rossell, announced that the government plans to deploy a Microsoft Copilot-style generative-AI tool to every public administration employee starting in 2027, building on an existing Andorra Digital-Google partnership (announced 2025) covering AI, cloud infrastructure and cybersecurity, and following Andorra's February 2024 non-binding guidelines on trustworthy AI deployment.

Activities
