Society is facing rapid economic, technical, ecological and political change that is creating a need to transform territories, organisations and institutions; PoP School approaches this transition through social innovation, self-organisation and collective intelligence.

Objectives

PoP School works to support digital transformation and make digital an opportunity for all, promoting diversity in the digital world and making digital jobs more accessible and inclusive.

Activities

PoP School offers free-of-charge 6-month trainings in the IT sector (mobile app developer, web integrator, IoT maker) targeting 18-25 year olds without a diploma, as well as women, people from rural areas, dropouts and jobseekers. It uses an immersive, agile, peer-to-peer, project-based and collaborative learning method, working closely with Pôle Emploi, local missions, regional government structures and the EU (Interreg), and is funded via the Grande École du Numérique and regional or individual funding.
