Context
The project addressed the digital skills gap among unemployed persons aged 50+, particularly in the context of transnational cooperation between Poland, Czechia, the Netherlands, and Hungary. It was implemented by AKlub, an educational and not-for-profit organisation providing education and counselling services in Czechia.
Objectives
The aim of the project was to enhance the quality of training programs addressed at unemployed persons, in particular those aged 50+.
Activities
The project designed a pilot training model for developing digital literacy among unemployed people aged 50+, and ran pilot training sessions for representatives of the target group.
Results
Participants acquired competencies enabling them to use digital technologies in everyday life, search for employment independently online, create video CVs, and apply for jobs online. The project developed the final form of a training model aimed at developing digital competence. 90 people were reached.
