Context

Son Executiva is a Galician project financed by Xunta de Galicia with the objective of promoting female leadership in the professional field, run in partnership with Fundación Ronsel.

Objectives

To improve knowledge of executive management and promote female leadership so that Galician women can access management and senior-management positions, and to contribute to the participation of women in positions of greater responsibility in Galician companies.

Activities

A training programme in Leadership, Creativity and Female Empowerment at two levels: Level 1 for women with managerial experience or active entrepreneurs; Level 2 for recent graduates seeking intermediate positions. It includes opening/closing days with high-impact group dynamics and individual coaching sessions tailored to each participant.

Conclusions

The programme is presented as good practice because it supports women through training and personalised coaching, encouraging them toward positions of greater responsibility and toward creating and running their own ventures.
