Context

#SuperCoders is a digital-education initiative of the Orange Group running in Moldova since 2016 as part of European Coding Week; the 2025 edition was delivered by UNFPA Moldova with the Orange Moldova Foundation and implementing partner TEKEDU, focused on generative AI for students aged 12-14 and online-safety/cyberbullying awareness for their parents.

Activities

Each participating school nominated two teachers, who received free training in Chișinău on 25 October 2025 before running hands-on AI workshops for their students alongside parallel digital-safety sessions for parents, across 50 schools nationwide.

Results

By 1 November 2025, UNFPA Moldova reported that #SuperCoders 2025 had trained about 100 teachers and reached 2,030 pupils, teachers and parents nationwide; no independent, standardised learning-outcome assessment was published alongside these participation figures.
