What works in Saint Kitts and Nevis

Saint Kitts and Nevis has launched three major digital and policy initiatives: a National Gender Equality Policy and Action Plan 2022–2027 addressing ten priority areas with a cross-ministry monitoring framework established by 2025, though outcome-level impact evidence is not yet available; a Cyber Nations Program offering CompTIA Security+ certification with paid placements that graduated its first cohort of 21 in November 2025, against a 100-person target; and VoiceIt, an AI legal assistant launched in December 2024 that logged over 2,000 public interactions in its first three months. The evidence demonstrates early-stage institutional development and service deployment rather than quantified outcomes on employment, skills, or legal-access equity.
