AI 360º School — ReGeneration and Microsoft's Certified AI-Skilling Pathway for Greek Youth

Since 2020, the Greek non-profit ReGeneration has partnered with Microsoft, Code.Hub and Athens Tech College to deliver a free, structured AI-skills curriculum for young people, branded 'AI 360º School.' ReGeneration's own reporting cites a 100% job-placement rate and over 90% retention for past cohorts; these figures are organiser-reported and have not been independently audited, so they should be read as a claimed outcome rather than a verified one. The programme targets youth broadly rather than being embedded in formal school curricula, so its 'education' framing is closer to structured non-formal AI upskilling than classroom instruction.
