Context

Following France's 2019 Grenelle des violences conjugales, the equality ministry launched calls for projects establishing Centres de prise en charge des auteurs de violences conjugales (CPCA) — perpetrator-care centres providing risk assessment, psychological or addiction care, and reintegration support — reaching 30 centres nationwide by 2022.
