Context
Digital Inclusion Luxembourg, founded in 2016, works to make information technology accessible to everybody, promote social inclusion through digital technology and support environmental goals.
Objectives
Give job seekers and the wider public access to digital tools and skills relevant to daily life and employment, with a focus on digital literacy, employability, language support and media competences.
Activities
In 2018-2019, delivered IT classes and workshops in collaboration with Luxembourg's Ministry of Labour and the European Social Fund, open to job seekers and the general public, complementing established offers such as ECDL; also worked to equip people who could not afford IT equipment.
