Per the World Bank's Implementation Completion Report, the platform grew from 181 services at launch to roughly 685 services across 63 agencies, with about 2 million users submitting 14.4 million requests; Mongolia's UN E-Government Development Index rank rose from 92nd of 193 countries in 2020 to 46th in 2024, though the survey does not attribute this rise solely to e-Mongolia.

Conclusions

No independent, non-government investigative or academic critique of e-Mongolia's digital-divide impact was found; Global Press Journal reported in 2022 that only about 3% of Mongolians had advanced ICT skills, a gap worth noting for a still digitally-uneven population.
