Context

The G-NET project aimed to promote the entrepreneurial spirit of adult learners using social media and ICT to create new e-enterprises, providing them with increased opportunities for being incorporated into the labour market in an effective way.

Objectives

Objectives included training adult teachers in ICT and social media use, enhancing adult learners' competences for the digital era, and promoting the inclusion of vulnerable groups.

Activities

An 'E-entrepreneurship' Training Package was created with video lessons and case scenarios. National training experiences titled 'How to become an e-entrepreneur' were organised in partner countries, alongside an international 5-day training in Greece ('Adopt an enterprise experience') and an international conference in Italy.

Results

The project involved 100 adult teachers, 30 enterprises and 400 learners.
