Innovation Centre Kosovo (ICK) — Prishtina's National Innovation & Startup Hub

Innovation Centre Kosovo (ICK) was founded in June 2012 in Prishtina with support from the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, evolving from an ICT-focused incubator into a broader hub covering social entrepreneurship, sustainable innovation and government innovation.
By its own factsheet, corroborated by the Impact Europe network's member profile, ICK has trained more than 11,000 individuals through 671 courses, supported over 500 startups with EUR 7.5 million in combined financial and technical assistance, and reports more than 5,000 jobs linked to supported ventures. The centre has run 28 incubator idea-calls, including editions targeted at women entrepreneurs and at fintech, and has hosted over 770 events reaching more than 200,000 participants.
More recent programming includes an AI Startup regional accelerator camp and a GOV4SAA government-innovation initiative, showing the centre extending its original ICT-training mission into newer technology areas.
As with many long-running hub organisations, the jobs and participant figures are self-reported cumulative totals rather than the output of an independent econometric evaluation, so they should be read as programme-reported scale rather than a rigorously measured counterfactual impact.
